Sou Fujimoto to design the Serpentine Pavilion 2013

This week it was announced that Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto is to design the Serpentine Pavilion 2013.

The cloud like structure will consist of steel rods which intertwine to form a complex shelter for a cafe in front of the Serpentine Gallery in Kensington Gardens, London, W2.

The pavilion will be open from June until October.
