64 Heath Drive, Gidea Park, Romford, RM2 was designed by Francis Skinner and Tecton (founded by Berthold Lubetkin in 1931) for Pell and Clayton Ltd, and was constructed 1933-34. The house in designed in the modernist style and is constructed from reinforced concrete with a steel framed porch and windows. The house is listed Grade II (1997).
